Good Morning,I have been to a couple of training sessions with Bill Barnett.

Monday and Tuesday are the various sessions I signed up for.  

As @james wise mentioned, Ohio you have to sit in a brick and mortar location, and endure long drug out sessions to get the required hours in.  

However, there has been discussion in legislature both last session and this one about capping local taxing entities ability to burn home owners - it is worth watching.

It also looks like the city holds several monthly info sessions for current/prospective Section 8 landlords so I have registered to attend the next meeting scheduled for later this week.

We have many investors from out of state and out of country that buy in Texas and before we help them find properties I think a strategy session is vital to make sure of success for both our clients and our team to help them achieve their goals.
