It seems like everybody who comes had some struggles with credit or Back ground or income.I bought the place two months ago and it’s almost completely finished.

My wife & I finally finished working on our house we purchased in 2016.

It needs rehab/finishing but didn't look awful at all.

My son and I finished up our projects in southern CA and relocated to Bend, OR. 

Must be flexible to do what ever needed ... and must be reliable and able to complete task from start to finish.

But I was transferred by my company overseas this year (just as I finished the remodel),but found great renters and a good price. 

Life punishes those who are vague, so have your goals be of what, how much of, and by when kind of things from there it is creating the plan to match the goals and working backwards and fighting to attain them.

I also just finished Rich Dad, Poor Dad.

Theres no real equity in it right now, kinda just finished off paying my resignation fee that the VA adds on to the loan..
