Actually, you're dead wrong, more people need to break away from this thinking as it will  fetter your business, and is actually anti entrepreneurial.  

I would have thought Santa Cruz would be really anti-bandit sign, but I saw the same bandit sign every day for like 6 months right in the middle of town.
