You can simply ACH (electronic transfer) money from your HELOC to a checking account so you could make the payments with the HELOC if you had too.

There is a big difference between real estate and medicine, the barrier to entry in real estate is about as low as it gets, and the barrier to practice medicine is at the other end of the spectrum.You really don't need a lot of knowledge in real estate to make a lot of money, not compared to other professions, there are no secrets in real estate!
