I'm from a small community in Southwest Alaska and work in HR.

For starters I'll tag a few words to see if I can stir up some local professionals in Southwest Florida / SWFL. 

Values continue to go up steadily and there are some cool neighborhoods directly south and southwest of the neighborhood.  

I am also happy to field any questions about the southwest Montana market should they arise.  

We've seen a higher vacancy ratio in the West Philly area which makes us a little concerned as well as the condition of some of the neighborhoods in West/Southwest Philly but we spoke to a cop who said that the areas are cleaning up. 

Also a fourplex in the southwest area of Killeen.
