It's not big enough to build on and ends up just being a storage area, so it runs about half the value of the other buildable area.The other, is a larger lot that has a stream and woods at the rear, a great retreat and private area.

@Jason Hirko  got that right I bought the best cars I could buy for my family.my wife was rear ended once .. sitting at a stop light guy hit her doing 45.. our BMW withstood the on slaught and kids in the back seat and every one walked away.I look at buying a car that has protection first.. a used SuV that is big like @Michaela G. is talking about would do the job.but for savings I just went Telsa.. now they are not cheap to buy but I have not bought gas since Sept.... and I drive a lot ...

Realizing the challenges of finding positive cash flow San Diego RE, are you willing to supplement a new RE purchase for eventual cash flow? 

Well it just about broke her and she ended up living there for about 4 or 5 years and self managing.. but she rescued what was for sure going to be a flame out.. and as soon as she could she sold and came back to PDX bought a 18 unit and condo in Maui and put OKC in the rear view mirror..

From the beginning, I knew being that flexible could bite me in the rear.

Don't worry youngsters, there are dealers in RE in their 50's and 60' that still don't get it.
