Although we may have found better off market deals looking without the agent I think that their help was instrumental being a first time home buyer and a first time investor (quite the mountain to climb).As long as you are willing to do some work foreclosures can be a great option!

I would find any excuse to fly somewhere, cost didn't really matter(I just wanted to fly)...this picture was taken 2003 when I was working on my instrument rating, nasty rainy day in Raleigh...popped up on top to a great sunset...flew to Wilmington for dinner, then back to Raleigh...Hard to put a price on that!
