I guess it really boils down to how thrilling do you want your property management to be?

Came across this website and am thrilled to have such a goldmine of information at my disposal.

I used to work 4-5 months to make that kind of money after expenses doing construction.Wholesaling Real Estate has turned my life around, I live for the thrill of closing on a fixer house & helping the seller with much needed cash and getting the buyer a property he can rehab and make a living and me, making a good chunk of change in the middle.I tell everybody I come across about how they can make a ton of money doing this, but nobody listens or don't believe it.

I am thrilled with how well my investments have done here.

A new Section 8 tenant was in within two weeks so no real interruption in cash flow; the neighbors were thrilled as were we. 

She wasn’t exactly thrilled at the idea (naturally).

I'd be thrilled to make $10k after all costs, and have had the experience of getting my first deal finished. 

I remain convinced that there are worse ways to make a buck in real estate, far more offensive to God, than by giving superstitious people a little thrill.

I don't condone an investor exploiting a needy contractor and at the same time , I don't encourage contractors exploiting 70 yr old or some innocent  home owner who thinks he has to pay 66% before job starts .Maryland laws seem to be much better , so that's definitely a relief , Just like how you don't want to depend on " government/laws" to recoup your money , the home owner also will not be thrilled to approach or use one of the so called stringent laws you mentioned .

Just another reason why I am thrilled to be on this site because of professionals like you who offer advice.
