People will pay thousands to hear the big name GURUs try to teach them how to invest, so why not pay the small fee of a local REI club to find out how to invest where you are from people actually investing where you live?

It just is not worth the head ache of a friend asking you to teach them about real estate.

Being a bit more experienced than some the BP is interesting to me because it highlights different markets and different strategies compared what I might hear about on other sites.For what ever reason specific communities form and people have certain styles or focus on certain markets.
