Sporting facilities?

Myself and a couple of others have a BP meetup planned next Thursday May 14th at Rally Point Sport Grill in Cary from 6-9pm.

I grew up in Evanston and Star Valley always had great sports teams there... neat place..

I'm in the middle of downsizing my lifestyle (selling the big house for a cheaper fix and flip, selling the gas guzzler sports car for a hybrid) and just reducing my expense line so I can pump all income into investments.Once all is said in done, I'll probably have a similar amount of money to invest.

A few things:1) He says he only markets them as student housing and only places ad's in places where students visit / would see (like college sporting event programs).

Gateway School district (the school district of monroeville) has gone from AAAA sports to AAA which alone is an indicator of a decline in population.

I would go to school (trade school or college) on student loans and work my butt off studying and working (Uber, Lyft,Waiting Tables, Reffing Sports) to keep my debt low but gain an education. 

I just hear so many horror stories, and how hard it is to evict people despite those tenants purposely being vicious for sport to the landlord.  

As well, trying to find properties under 100K is a sport here at the moment.

Even in areas like pro sports and music where there are measurable differences between individuals, his research finds no innate talent that accounts for the differences.
