Did you try Simplified Insurance Agency or Noel Selewski Insurance?

They were just too simplified with only a signature.  

I think they really did a great job simplifying the process and removing all the inefficiencies in mortgage industry today...

But to simplify things in your mind just remember that there are 2 tried and true ways to make money in real estate:1.

Hey @Nat Chan I think if you simplify the whole plan, you can get everything in you want with plenty of space.

Depending on the size of the group, it may be possible to get a guaranteed issue or worst case simplified issue group policy.  

Also, the income does not have to remain in the Corp, it can come out in the form of distributions not subject to SE Tax.In a simplified manner I also agree with Troy regarding partnership taxation and the implementation of SE Tax for all income to all partners, however there are situations where investment partners may not be subject to SE Tax.
