Appraisal-ADU-Los Angeles area

Hey all!

We are in the process of refinancing our first deal (reno - single family residence + 725 sq ft garage conversion into a 2/1 apartment). The appraiser that came had little to no idea about ADUs and came with a really low value. 

Our lender told us that he is going to look or another company in case they do not respond positively to our contest. 

I was wondering if any of you know an appraisal company in the Los Angeles Area (Pasadena) with ADU experience.
