It is sided with natural cedar shakes. 

Technology allows us to collaborate with clients all over the US (and world) - for instance, I'm originally from NC, currently live in DC but have several clients throughout NC - the only thing I can't do is shake their hands.

If that shakes out, then yes, great option.

I know that there is value from having an outside expert come in to not only identify problem areas, but to shake things up and get people excited about what they do again!

In a case like this, they may have been putting this out to see if someone was going to balk at the addendum and shake them out of the process early.Buying a REO is an exercise in frustration and patience.
