Pretty soon you can relax a bit and just get emails, or keep hustling like he did and hire an assistant so you can keep landing new business.

Same situation and need to remind myself from time to time to relax and it will come one day. :-) Maybe I can't drive on Freeway is a hurdle.

When that gets done then things are more relaxed as my strategy is to get things done so that there aren't problems in the future.

Looking back I wish I'd relaxed a bit more. 

I’m doing SFRs though and could imagine relaxing the cash flow number if I got into multi-family.

They have zero collateral, have been known to do as little as possible in life to make their own lives better, and want to make others pay their way.Those people are always told a very firm No.I'm working my *** off full time, have a baby on the way, working on building my portfolio, and have about an hour or two a night to myself if I'm lucky to relax, before I have to do it all over again. 

@Patrick Britton started the group and @Clayton Swansen goes often as well.....I have found it to be a very informative relaxing atmosphere to discuss real world investing strategies and real world deals in the area......

For me it seems that loans take longer when I'm more relaxed about it.

Gotta build the empire though, not looking to relax until I'm much older.
