This means people are finding the structure to be worth so little that they just remove the structures basically discarding them (hopefully recycling what makes sense).House is not worth much.

Worse comes to worse "junker/recycler" trucks on Craigslist will usually come buy and pick up any metal and take care of it for you..

I am trying to contemplate all the ways I can milk out more profit out of this.

However, the BRRRR strategy (buy, rehab, rent, refinance, repeat) makes sense for a lot of investors, as value can be created through forced appreciation (renovations) and capital recycled through cash-out refinances.

Also, how would you delegate which tenant is responsible for bringing the trash, recycling, and/or green waste out before Trash Day, and bringing them back in the day of Trash Day?
