This steel was very bright so I assumed it was stainless (vs galvanized) to avoid the rust from lower grade steel eventually leaching through the plaster ceilings.I would love to read the original Abstract of Title as I assume that the original owner/builder must have owned steel & cement manufacturing plants.This one definitely goes down as a missed opportunity for some!!!!

I agree that having a third party engineer, architect, or inspector come out and verify materials is a valid idea... some shady contractors will use grade 3 lumber instead of grade 2, or simply build things wrong.

The 4th bed and the half bath is downstairs on grade si I think adding a shower is a must for it to be a true guest bedroom.Any input on the best layout for the home that would sell the quickest with added profit is greatly appreciated!

Parent corporate guarantee on the lease backed by a BBB- or better investment grade company. ( think thousands of locations guarantee this one location so it does not matter it loses money as they still pay the lease to protect the credit rating and borrowing power etc.)2.

Account Closed not sure about the cars.... many folks living in the hood drive Cadillacs and Mercedes.When I lived in Palo Alto those folks drove used Camry's and maybe up graded to Subaru'sAnd we know Palo Alto is no slum ( E PA) is rougher but ... cars I don't think is a great indicator of RE values.... :)Most big money in the RE bizz is buying the in the path of progress... of course land in the path of progress has no cash flow... but once they cook off there can be some pretty huge upside.... learned that one from experience
