Little did I know I was going to stumble across some books mentioning bigger pockets, start listening to their podcast, and make a post saying this house is now going to be a fix and flip!

I’ve posted in other forums and getting a lot of responses saying I need to save more because what I have so far would not be enough. 

I’m waiting to connect with the realtor to get more information about the sellers background / potentially speak direct to build a bit of a relationship. 

Imagine if landlords did this to tenants (and I know some do...I'm responding to another post like that right now...).

Tenant informed me they would be leaving February first.

I was informed by KCMO Health Department that landlords are supposed to be paying an annual fee to them and they conduct inspections of rental units in the city?
