My encouragement is to learn what is needed for your next step and then continue to move along step by step as opposed to trying to learn everything in REI at once as it can be overwhelming.

I just want to read every ones success story's that will encourage me.

I encourage buyers to talk with the neighbors during the inspection period, because if there are problems with the HOA or community, they will give you an earful.Now here is the funny part, or sad part really.

I strongly encourage not advertising how much money you have on an open thread like this as most people are honest with good intentions but you never know.
