I am new to BP and enjoying the community already.I downloaded the audiobook 'Investing jn Real Estate with No or Low Money Down' and got a good insight about owning your first property.I wanted to follow what was said about buying your first investment and living on it first. 

One question - can you clarify how your housekeeper downloads / syncs with the booking calendars?

I sent them all an introduction letter with my company's contact information, using the format provided by the Bigger Pockets downloadable forms and some edits.

I'm open to a different interpretation, but what I did was to download all of the sales of SFRs in Boston in the last 6 months into an Excel spreadsheet and calculate the median value, which was $625,000.I then applied Zillows claimed accuracy to a home sold at that number. 

Flat roofs are notoriously expensive to replace and it rains alot in FloridaThere would be more but that's the 2 minute download, I would likely pass unless I think I could talk them down substantially AND have an inspection contingency in the contract.

You're in luck with orange county fl. https://www.octaxcol.com/tax-roll-download/They offer the tax delinquent roll in a very, very nice format.As for other lists you can obtain from the county, you can usually get code violations pretty easily.

I haven't attended any local events yet, but I just downloaded the Meetup app to keep my eyes open for them.

I just bought a new HP desktop for my business and when I try to use google maps/earth or something similar I feel like I’m led down a rabbit hole to download extensions and then it never works for me.
