Even though I would not “Do This Myself” I think this is the right forum.Most of our properties are 3 bed 1 bath houses with slab foundations built in the 60's and they've done very well for us.

This will definitely lay a sound foundation for understanding investment side of flipping. 

A good foundation is owning and controlling real estate. 

Looking at investments from the maintenance side of the equation once you own it,  I believe a 3 bedroom, 2 bath one story home on a slab foundation connected to public water and sewer is the perfect rental for buy and holds.  

But before I do I want to make sure the foundation is solid.
