hi my name is chris dillehay and I am an investor and flipper from southport, south of Indianapolis.i am interested in fountain square.i have 2 houses in downtown fountain square on south ringgold st.1 in bates Hendricks,2 in sacred heart,and 1 near southport.i work full time and work on my investment properties after work and every weekend and on my vacations.i will go full time after I sell 1 or both of my fountain square properties.thanks chris

I just wanted to help family ... the money is not there, but we're so blessed financially that my wife and I only wanted to help our poor kin ... ... though she's bad at managing finances through whatever reason, she's still a very good person, bless her heart, and the worst that could happen is we would be owning another set of property ... the location is excellent for student rentals ... right beside UofToronto, Scarborough and Centennial College plus the huge PanAm arena where people go for health reasons and right on the major highway as well ......

I never liked the weather in the Portland area much.after 13 years of living here full time I still don't like it.. and if I did not have my kids follow me and all my banking and business contacts I would decamp for better weather ( Napa Valley ) in a heart beat.Its a funny state.. much of it is very rural with little to no population and unemployment rates in the 20 to 40% range... the PDX metro area and Willamette valley down to Eugene represent 80% of the state population in 5% Of land area.Oregon flipped from timber and ag to high tech in the 80's and it boomed..
