Only thing I noticed was the descriptions for Bedrooms 2 and 3 are switched.Is that price comparable with your competitors?

The value in older houses is that a) they are generally in worse condition, which gives the investor more room to add equity, and b) they can often be in areas that are getting ready to 'gentrify' which adds a huge amount of instant equity, and c) they can scare away a lot of competitors.

Yes it's easier to do it that way but it only takes a few minutes to get the real data and it's fun looking at your competitors vacation homes.....

regardless adding cable and internet would be a great incentive for the teneant espeacilly if you have competition and rent is not too much of a difference from your competitors or similar rentals in the market. 

Do your competitors use granite or other stone countertops?
