Before doing too much investing across the county get to really now that market and get good team members involved.In the end the people that you will have there will pretty much determine whether or not you will become successful and stay that way.When I set up my first remote office in Jacksonville it took my almost 90 days of developing the right team, putting in the right infra structure, etc......before I even started looking at any deals.In the end the whole first team I had put in had to be replaced and a new team assembled.

If you can land assemble a few, in a couple of years, with a lot big enough and zoned properly for a MF developer, you can sell with a higher a better use.
