I pulled my bid right away so he doesn't use me to juice up the price in a "best bid" play.I am raising rents minimally 1% since I have high demand for 1 bedroom units. 

If the whole thing goes belly up, you walk away.

My seller owns a lot of properties and is about to start a 20 million dollar deal, I do not believe he will go belly up but if he does, I have not received a clear answer of what that does to me unless I have a deed in escrow.

I have some friends raking that in, hoping the company they work for doesn't go belly up, hoping telecommunication advances won't source their job to IT teams working in India for a fraction of what they cost to employ here.
