I'll be honest that is is often over-promoted here on BP and in many cases an IRA based program is a better fit for an individual situation - employment status, funding source, investment goals, age etc.

As like all we get slammed with too many training promotions and it can become overwhelming who to pick not to mention paying a good price and then not getting anything out of it. 

@Miguel Rosario, in some parallel universe, CREonline could be an equally good RE site as BP, but in this particular universe, because of CRE's relentless promotions of one free-but-not-really guru course after another, it isn't.
