Hi Susan and Kevin,I'm on this forum for exactly the same reason and about to start our company the coming weeks.Regarding Tax Liens, as I'm from Europe I followed the Cashflow Business Academy from Arpad and Adam:http://cashflow-business-academy.com/Their book also exists in English besides German and was very helpful.In the US I ordered Donna Bauer's Master Guide and had a brief contact with her, she is super friendly and seems very helpful to explain everything related to Notes.

You all just made me realize how strong you will get hit back when you say something negative, Thanks for the advice , I really appreciate it, I edited my first response, as I feel most of the replies I got were due to the fact that I incorrectly formulated my post ( note: I'm not a native english speaker so sometimes the intent of the message is a bit different than is seems) I assure you all that I greatly appreciate all feedback , both negative and positive and I am not trying to offend anyone not even the least bit.

My realtor sucked, the deal fell thru and I fired fired first attorney, he was non responsive and second attorney only communicates via legal assistant that has poor attention to detail, poor grammar and I can barely understand her English when I speak to her.
