Just know, that doing turnkey successfully depends a lot on the who you choose to work with, and the kind of vetting you do to get to your choice.

The article gets one thing right: Landlords are suffering at the hands of tenants that continually make bad choices.

However, if the tenant wants to buy it (lease/option), that would be the best choice of all.Option 1 (revisited):  Why is the answer in what you wrote? 

After-all, if you don't sell, you don't earn any money.You have a few logical choices.
