I'm curious if anyone else is attending his retreat?

My goal is to meet more like minded people that I can use my background in HR and financial education to help, and ultimately be a part of a dream team of investors looking to make Columbus (and eventually Cleveland, Cincinnati) better places to live, work and play.When not learning about real estate, I teach yoga for athletes and run a cleaning company.

My lease states that I will retreat house in first 30 days if notified of any bugs.

This year I'm running an ad in the Writer's Magazine featuring my property as a writer's retreat (this was always my idea, hence the built in desk) Hopefully this will get me a long term rental and I won't spend as much for cleaning for the shorter term rental guests.

Three months later I attended their Broker/Owner retreat in Vegas.

It provides the perfect amount of together time with some breathing room.The vacations I have had with my extended time that were the most relaxed and successful were when each family unit had their own private space that we could retreat to at the end of the day.

I'm assuming it's a good small size and not a huge place for like companies/retreats, etc?
