In Orlando, you have the opportunity to drive appreciation by buying a poorly performing, underdecorated STR at and drive appreciation by transforming it to a highly themed, well decorated property which books well.

I'd love to see full picture context of inventory in other markets like I have here, I bet ya it's a common theme....

I would also consider what is your target audience, is it bachelorette parties, wedding guests, wine tour guests, casino goers, etc?

If it was my thing, ever high was in like new condition, and it fit the theme I was going for maybe I’d pay $5-$10k more for it to be setup?
