Hello, has anyone ever turned their pole barn on their primary residence into a wedding venue?

It is a vacation/wedding destination town and a retirement haven.

If all your going to do is chase that 1 #, oh man, dude your so scr#wed! 

I also called another facility and the guy answered on the first ring.

Yeah, this is 100% a fraud ring.

You can maybe save some cash and just get a single line virtual dialer like Vonage Business or Ring Central (look for month to month only), you don't need a massive power dialer right off the bat (another $150-$250 per month). 

It has a 2,100sf home on the property, horse barn, pasture, rodeo ring, and backs up to a small body of water.

My BS meter is ringing.  

The house also happens to be right next door to a wedding hall. 

I just voted up Joshua's post because the bottom line is that "I'll take the collective any day over the advice of one individual" rings loud for me.
