As it relates to habitation exposures, it appears that there may be a leveling off in premiums, rates, and deductibles here recently, but there's so many different variables that it's really hard to make a blanket prediction for 2025 (or the future).

Tenant can't really use this against you - if you do everything better going forward.Go to local landlord-tenant court and write down the attorneys that appear most frequently.

As indicated the correlation of LCOL cities having high crime rates and HCOL cities having low crime rates appears to not be strong.Ca large cities have lower violent crime rates than many cities in other states that are a similar size.
