I really appreciate BiggerPockets for being a platform where real people like yourself can pour into others.

You see a house on google street view, bid like there is a house there, and you bid your $50,000 minimum bid up to $100,000 for your $200,000 house. 

This is the same type of personality to gaslight you when you don't agree with their view on a deal or something goes awry, gatekeep you from information and deals, and become a resistance force in actually becoming a REI. 

I know there are services that provide proof of funds but I view that as misrepresentation. 

I know the founder and know that they've set out to build a platform that takes the best features of sites like Furnished Finder and Airbnb and leaves out the clunkiness and annoying policies and practices.

Would love any input you would have, especially from Canada, but anyone really.I have helped dozens of buyers and sellers in these communities and can speak from both a Realtor and investor perspective, but not an owners view 5.

well if I ever make it to the Smokies to see what the draw is  I will rent a condo then :)  I am just guess but I suspect folks that go there want to be in the woods and hear the birds and maybe some local mtn views etc.. or some sort of privacy they never get at home out east were there is not very much public lands close to where they live in the big city. ????
