You are easily verifiable and people know you can't scam them and just disappear like these anonymous/fake Facebook profiles. 

It does give some great data but would need to verify with a local agent/contractor/property management company etc 

I am betting you didn't put this (or the other ones) home on the market to then become the bank for someone who only has a couple thousand down and no credit instead of selling to a verified buyer, right?

You verify the lender actually owns the loan and does not have any leverage elsewhere on it.3.

Costs us $120 to get inspected, work is good, verified, and 10x cheaper than a licensed electrician.

It has alot to do with how I feel about myself and my identity.

If there's a second call for the same issue we have the line camera'd to verify the line is in good shape and that it is clear going forward, and charge the tenant if the clog was their fault but do not charge if we discover a mechanical defect; we fix the defect.
