Thats when the 2010 taxes were filed(September). so Section 8 simply sent payments up to the IRS but now you have to get a release from the IRS for section 8 to begin sending payments back to our entity and of course prove to the IRS that the extension was in fact filed to get the fees waived and the money refunded back to the entity P.S. after a hours on the phone with section 8 and the IRS, I got these two issues resolved but I will have no choice at this time but to sue my partner for complete and utter incompetence and negligence in the way of his breach of the operating agreement.
