You'll be fine assuming you've done your calculations correctly and take your time while screening tenants (there's a bunch of multiplexs in over-town that are currently being rehabbed with no issues - run really cheap.powerful motion sensored lights and install high fencing).

The key is to subscribe to Pacer and watch each of those properties for a Motion for Relief from Stay - once that has been granted, the foreclosure may proceed, and usually does pretty quickly.

(I've only just become aware of his clout/non-clout around the corridors of power).It came to my attention that he believes that January 1, 2018 is going to be the day that the next phase of their plan will be put into motion, and (from what I've read) he reckons there's nothing the President can do to stop Countries from diversifying away from the US dollar (into Distributed Ledger Technology).What say then the USA about their strategy of "quantitative easing", if that happens?

I did some real-estate work in NY for banking clients and I was shocked by how different the law and customs were between the two states.CPAs have it a bit easier since they mainly focus on Federal Taxes (which is uniform).
