@Chris Clothier I think with the advent of all of the guru's and sites like BP were everyone talks about the best way to get started in RE is to wholesale.you have thousands of folks doing it and of course some with very poor results and complaints being filed.. and Agents getting upset etc etc. will be interesting to see how this all unfolds over the coming years.It sure would be much easier if us in the business of value add could just tie up the property tell the seller we will close once we do a full rehab and have our end buyer in place. thereby avoiding holding costs :) and driving up profits !!!
