About 10 years ago the tenant was found to be growing many  marijuana plants inside the house which I didn't know about.

You basically fill it with dirt and cheap soil and then plant all on top so someone can have a garden or nice option there.

Also, planting mint or peppermint around the foundation is a known deterrent to mice.
