You are going to come across as spam to everyone and I would be surprised if you gained much traction.  

Getting weak traction on Zillow, I get contacted by prospective tenants from zillow/hotpads (they cross-post) but when i respond, they never reply back. 

I've talked to two dealers (licensed sellers... you can find them on the NC Ag pages) in NC but haven't been able to get traction yet.

I would recommend if you haven't gotten much traction to look i neighboring areas.

The benefit for sure is entry level is cheap to get started and gain traction.

The ply wood was thrown down temporarily to provide some traction for trucks and a walking path

Also, using OPM (Other Peoples Money) can get you some serious traction if you can convince a group of people to go in with you.

Understanding the verbage, like “house-hacking” and why it has picked up so much traction is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to adapting and implementing change in the way someone should do business.

Enough landlords used blanket-type policies that would exclude someone with a silly retail-theft charge from 20 years ago, that the lawmakers are gaining traction in some areas in banning background checks all together (even for murderers).
