Hey Account ClosedI can't speak too much into the LA market specifically, all I've seen personally is that a BRRRR-strategy in LA is tougher because of property values.

Mid term is tougher if you are charging 4k or 5k per month.

Every step from out of state is tougher - finding that great deal, usually off market, with exactly the right amount of distress (not too much, not too little.) 

I would say many owners getting tougher on background checks, so when they learn their new credit score, they understand they can't qualify at the new place. 

Folks are actually starting to care about it as a policy issue this election, making this an even tougher sell in Congress.
