@Aaron Moayed it is possible (can’t be sure without seeing the actual fine print) that “Personal Injury” is referring to adding/extending the liability coverage non- bodily injuries.

That being said, I agree with @Ken Latchers and you really can't have too much, BUT I would be cautious on somebody offering that much coverage as you might either be overpaying for coverage you don't need (built into their cost model) or it's some kind of blanket policy for all their clients that you might not actually fully get access to. That is a mixed signal and tells me they do not have well defined goals set.Set your goal first, then create the strategy to achieve that goal.. it’s like the freeways you would take to get to your final destination on a toad trip (Disneyland).. the freeway is the strategy and the goal is Disneyland .

With 8' ceilings you should not have to dig out the basement, and with an RT4 zoning, provide all other issues (egress, etc.) are met, you should not get much (if any) resistance to adding that unit.
