She could go back and forth all day via text, but told me repeatedly that she did not have the time to talk on the phone.

The tenant has also ignored several of my attempts to contact her via phone and text and will only respond to my emails. 

Seriously consider doing some motivational speeches as well!

I send a text to introduce myself and ask if we can answer any questions about the listing or to support them in finalizing their booking.We follow up with an e-mail reiterating the same information.
