This happened in Fountain Square, briefly in Bates-Hendricks, and is about a year or two out from happening in St Claire Place/Brookside Park area.

That’s where I am seeing the highest ROI’s. 1%/month is definitely achievable in places like Pueblo, Fountain and maybe CO Springs.

The price in the area is still relatively low compare to nearby areas (Bates Hendricks and Fountain Square).
