So common that we also have STR-PM's across the urban Twin Cities, but it's driven because of the Lakes Region, the ski resorts, etc..

Due to past poor management of the environmental infrastructure, the river has become illegal to swim in in certain parts, and after rain falls the entire river is off limits to swim or fish in due to the heavy amounts of pollution ending up there that the city has not had the infrastructure to deal with in the past.But this all began to change in 2017, when the Virginia General Assembly passed the largest infrastructure project in Alexandria's history to make the Potomac River swimmable, and fishable by the year 2040, and they have made significant progress recently with the completion of the 2 mile long, 100-foot deep Waterfront Tunnel named Hazel.Named after environmental activist Hazel Johnson, the Hazel Waterfront Tunnel will prevent millions of gallons of combined sewage from polluting the region's waterways.

What states would you guys suggest, I was thinking around the greater lakes region, or maybe Texas 

Pro:- it’s trained to look for safety risks, expensive repairs- within minutes analyzes entire disclosure packet of hundreds of pages- works as another set of eyes that looks for things you should be watching out for, likewise of a companion - great to quickly learn of property conditions from the actual documents while on the go (given that you still follow your own due diligence process)- beta is freeCons:- still in beta- can’t share report directly unless copy and paste- only core documents (home inspection, pest, roof, tds, hazard, solar) are supported but not regional specific disclosures like hoa- estimates it provides aren’t accurate- not mobile friendly 

I fared well luckily, did not sustain any damage personally.

Realizing that i will have to pay to foreclose on the landlord, make tax/insurance payments. what should i offer this small regional bank?
