I will be more than happy to give details about cancun but just so you know cancun is growing fast and properties are selling very good and also about the hurricanes a lots of measures have been taken, especialy new developments in cancun and surrending areas, as you can see in my listings they already have a 20% of equity and we are expecting that this gets better in the next couple months.
