For a little while I couldn't find much that fit these parameters but after doing a few weeks of surfing the MLS and driving around I have found a few.

I've been spending a lot of time recently on BP, surfing around the site & reading books related to Flipping & REI, even was able to attend a local seminar by Robyn Thompson sponsored by the Tampa REIA.

Hi Ned,I  am a newcomer, gravitated towards REI after surfing the web discovering tax liens and tax deeds.  

The people getting wiped out in the "wave" are the ones who caught the wave with no idea how to surf!

In addition to vacationing around Asheville, NC a few years ago staying in a basement apartment (cozy but well appointed) we have been surfing AirBNBs in the Jacksonville area for the past 4 months waiting for our house to finish.

I have a studio apt we rent out in Surf City, NC that does not have laundry or a kitchen.

Any update on some of theses multi homes for sale in the area, currently in Surf City but looking New Bern to Wilmington.
