Starting with buy-and-hold single-family and multifamily properties is a great strategy, especially in a market like Cincinnati, which has solid rental demand and growth potential.

We own our house in Seattle and are trying to determine the best strategy for our move - what approach would net us the most money over the next 1-3 years.

I’ve been investing there since 2019 and built a 12-door portfolio using the BRRRR strategy.

It’s not necessarily more difficult than market-rate rentals, just different.If you’re seriously considering this route, feel free to reach out.
