I have someone charging me the following to replace soffit in a porch for an area with dimensions of 16' X 11':The materials:$10 per sheet of vinyl soffit = $170$5 per 12 foot of j channel = $35Screws and staples=$20 $225 = Materials TotalLabor:$425225+425= $650 (Total including materials and labor)Does this sounds reasonable?

I am an agent and we use the PAR but that is too detailed for wholesaling (13 pages) I would recommend you go to an office store like staples, they sell a 3 page document it will cost you around $10 and then you can make copies.Hope this helps!
