I have been running a ton of different scenarios and have come to the conclusion that unless I am able to find a partner to help me tackle the top as a flip or conversion and/or help with buying the parking lot then I am at a standstill.

I thought it would be fun for all of us.... and because you can't do anything at a range except stand still and shoot in one direction.

Hopefully this won't cost us too many days, but it has already brought our demo to a standstill since we don't want take the roof off without a clear path to put one back on ASAP!  

However, I’m sort of at a standstill in my real estate career.

The trick is to NEVER EVER let the sander stand still with the drum in contact with the floor. 

Luckily the lines were high enough that the excavator could still get in safely and dig the foundation but, if it weren't caught on day one and the framers were ready to start on the 2nd floor, we'd be at a standstill. 

I invested in a home last year, and I am at a standstill.

However, when it comes to rental listings, I am at a stand still to finding market trends.

I'm at a standstill as to what I can do to prep, so anything you can offer is appreciated. 

Ive been looking up properties on zillow and cross referencing my search area with mashvisor to look at ABNB occupancy and COC-ROI rates but I feel like Im at a standstill.
