Hi, DavidThank you for all the educational stuff you share, I been listening to the bigger pockets podcast for a while and trying to share some knowledge to my 16 year old son but he thinks is boring with I can understand that at his age but there is some occasions  specially when you share sports analysis when you gets his attention, so can you please do a podcast focus on teenagers so I can listen with him when driving to school in the mornings ?

We are helping one of our sons get into thier first home in Orange City, Iowa.

Kind of out in the middle of nowhere, but my son just started college at Tarelton and we live in CA, so its on my radar now...university has plans for big growth in the next 5-10 years. 

I give him my number (google voice), he texts me and the number comes up as Prem Singh & Sons. 

My son bid on a house at the end of June up in Lakewood- 15 offers. a cash offer 60k over asking price was accepted.

I would love to continue to flip houses but now having two little boys makes the "live-in" part a little difficult.Outside of real estate and taxes, I enjoy spending time with my family, whether at the beach or in the backyard, and sharing new experiences with my 2 sons. 

I talked to him about 6 weeks ago; he had relocated to Nashville to live with his son while he took treatments at Vanderbilt.

We advised her that her son also needed to apply and she replied that her son was not going to live with her and was out of town through the end of the year. 

I do have a son-in-law who recently invested in a laundromat in Phil.
