ERGO they use folks in the Philippines and other parts of the world to read off of a script.. the difference is they have to pay them by the hour .. so for you no skin off their nose you dont produce does not cost them anything.

I’ve basically nose dived into the unknown and come out on top somehow.

Others will go the more hard-nosed route and pursue all the way to eviction if necessary. 

No skin off their nose if you struggle, as long as they get their $.

but I Also saved many from getting led around by the nose ring from so called investors who were really just all hat and no cattle.. have to guard against the wanna be investor also.   

The odor would be my bigger concern.My nose is forever scarred from renovating a smokers house with 18 years baked into everything inside the house.
